Return & Damage Claim Policy
You may return most new, unused and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date to receive a refund to the payment method used to purchase. Store credit will be issued for returns granted after 30 days of delivery when product is returned to the processing center.
Shipping Fee
GKHAIR will pay the return label shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item or damaged). Return label fees for shipping and handling within the continental AU are deducted from your refund.
To initiate a return, please reach out via our CLAIM PAGE with your order number, the product(s) you would like to return, and the reason for your return.
After your return is accepted and processed, you can expect your refund within 7-14 business days. Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method or given as a store credit for your future purchases.
GKHAIR reserves the right to terminate, modify, or change this policy at any time.
Electrical tools have a 1 year warranty period. Valid receipt of purchase must be presented for a replacement or refund.
