To get a full product refund due to damaged goods bought from GKhair.com.au, the company must be informed within 1 week of the product delivery date by sending a photo/video of the products and clarification of the issue to info@gkhair.com.
Electrical tools have a 1 year warranty period. Valid receipt of purchase must be presented for a replacement or refund. Tools under warranty must be shipped back to GK Hair Warehouse for replacement.
A Return Label will not be issued if the customer is at fault for product damages.
If any missing/damaged item is reported after 1 week of product delivery date, that claim will not be accepted.
The company will replace the goods at no cost to you if your order has arrived with damaged products.
If the specific bottle is made with/without a seal and damaged deliberately by the customer, the customer will not be eligible for a refund/return.
